Our story
It started with three boxes in a loft.
Heirloom Audio began in Manchester, with a late grandfather's jazz records and nothing in the house fit to play them.
The shops offered two choices: plastic players that wear records out, or hi-fi systems that come with a manual. We wanted the thing in between — a turntable that sounds good, looks good and is kind to records you can't replace.
How we work
We play every model we sell on our own records before it goes in the range. We keep the range small, choose turntables with proper cartridges and built-in speakers, and answer the phone when you call.
