Delivery
Free tracked delivery to UK addresses. There is nothing to add at checkout: the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Later orders leave the next working day.
- Mainland UK: 1–2 working days after dispatch. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland: 2–4 working days.
- You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
- Every turntable ships in its original double-walled box with the platter and counterweight packed separately, exactly as the manufacturer intended.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason. Orders placed from 1 November can be returned until 31 January, so a Christmas gift is covered.
- Email or call us with your order number. We reply within one working day with a returns label.
- Repack the item in its original box with all accessories.
- Attach the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any collection point.
We refund the full price to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item reaching us. Return postage is free for faulty or unwanted items returned in their original condition. If an item comes back used or damaged, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value, and we will tell you before refunding.

Guarantee
Every turntable and speaker is guaranteed for one year against manufacturing faults. If something is not right, contact us: we repair or replace it and pay the carriage both ways. Styluses are wear parts and are covered for 30 days.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.
